Who I Am
I'm Ashish Gupta. After 15 years inside admissions, marketing, and leadership at some of India's top universities, and authoring 23+ books along the way, I'm doing something different now: sharing what I know, in public, as it happens.
I've spent my career on the inside of Indian higher education, building admissions and outreach functions, growing enrollment, and writing about what actually works. Now I'm bringing that experience out into the open: on video, on campus visits, and in conversation.
Along the way I've grown enrollment at RV University to 4.2K students, doubled enrollment at Jagran Lakecity University, and driven 70% year-over-year growth at IFIM. I've led teams of 30+ people, published 23+ books across career guidance and higher education marketing, and built a YouTube channel with 50K+ subscribers, all from inside the actual work of running admissions and outreach for real institutions.
None of this comes from theory. It comes from having sat in the room where enrollment decisions get made, where marketing budgets get argued over, and where a student's stream choice gets decided in a five-minute conversation that shapes the next ten years of their life. That's the vantage point this whole platform, and everything on it, is built from.
